Registration is mandatory for all participants.
Only participants with full (Standard or IFAC Affiliate) registration can upload a regular paper or an extended abstract.
Each extended abstract needs to be associated with a full registration.
For authors submitting more than one paper, an additional charge of $200 will be required.
Final uploaded papers must be six pages or fewer.
Student registration does not include paper upload, except for Late-Breaking Posters.
The conference registration fee includes access to the CPHS 2026 technical program, proceedings, coffee-break refreshments, and the banquet.
All amounts shown are in U.S. dollars.

CPHS26 policy requires that at least one of the authors of a manuscript/extended abstract must have paid the FULL (non-student) registration fee for the camera-ready upload of the paper and to be able to present at CPHS26.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, please notify the Registration Chair (Solmaz Kia, solmaz@uci.edu) in writing.
If your registration was used to upload a paper, poster, or abstract, then it cannot be canceled even if the paper, poster, or abstract were withdrawn.
100% of the workshop registration fees minus administration cost of USD 100 will be refunded if the cancellation occurs by Oct. 22, 2026.
50% of the workshop registration fees will be refunded if the cancellation occurs after Oct 22, 2026 but before Nov 9, 2026.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations after Nov 10, 2026.
All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the workshop.
Become an IFAC Affiliate
Individuals worldwide are invited to join their respective National Member Organizations and become IFAC Affiliates, regardless of their location. Affiliate registration is free of charge and can be completed at affiliates.ifac-control.org. Comprehensive instructions are available on the IFAC Affiliate Registration page.
