CPHS 2026 is soliciting submissions for late-breaking results in a poster-only session. These late-breaking posters (LBP) are ideal for preliminary or in-progress work that may not yet constitute a full paper, for example new ideas and problem formulations, initial theoretical results, early experimental findings, or fresh applications.

• Submission deadline: September 29, 2026 October 2, 2026 (AoE)

• Decision Notification: Expected to be sent by October 9, 2026.

Submissions must follow the same format as a CPHS 2026 extended abstract and are limited to two pages. Please see the Call for Papers for formatting instructions.

Submissions will be reviewed quickly for relevance to CPHS, technical clarity, and novelty. LBP submissions are intended to be lightweight and timely. 

Presenters of accepted posters must register for the workshop at either the student or regular registration rate.

Accepted submissions will be presented in an interactive poster session, providing ample opportunity for discussion, feedback, and networking.

At least one author of the poster has to register for the workshop (student or full).

Late-Breaking Poster submissions are non-archival. The two-page LBP proposal will not be published in the IFAC proceedings.
